Hi, I’m Shira
Just a fellow single traversing the ups and downs of the "shidduch system" landscape.
As one who has been in the parsha of shidduchim for a number of years, I understand how difficult this stage can be.
One of the most challenging aspects is the feeling of loneliness and isolation compounded by the feeling of somehow being less than those who "made it" to the other side of the fence.
I launched Sparks of Light in the winter of 2022 to help others who are going through this challenge.
On this platform, I share my own experiences, thoughts, and struggles as a means of providing support to other fellow travelers confronting this challenge. I also try to include in every post, a tool or tip you can take with you and apply in your life. These blog posts will help you unearth and discover your inner beauty and light, even amongst challenges and pain. Most of all, they will show you that you're not alone.
